Project Overview

The Garden of Eve Project revitalizes underutilized church grounds by transforming them into thriving fruit gardens that benefit local communities. These gardens provide fresh produce, mitigate flooding, and restore native ecosystems with fruit trees, native grasses, and edible plants. By turning unused land into sustainable resources, the project addresses food insecurity, strengthens environmental resilience, and fosters deeper connections within neighborhoods.

The Texas Way

Small Steps, Great Distances

When problems arise, we don’t complain and let them get worse. We come together as a team, take small steps, and move in the right direction. Every plant restored, every yard transformed, and every garden built is progress toward a better future for all Texans.

Flooding is a problem every Texan knows we face, and stopping it is at the core of our mission. This is about protecting our land, growing gardens that feed our communities, and showing that working together makes Texas stronger.

By taking action, focusing on solutions, and helping one another, we can create a stronger, more resilient Texas for generations to come. Together, we can make it happen.
